* Sanders admitted guilt in Wells Fargo and to using local police

to frame Ring. Greenham and Magoch were Sanders' accomplices.

Affidavit: Aldo Martinez - May 16, 2013

* Sanders admitted guilt in Wells Fargo and to framing Ring.

Greenham and Wells Fargo driver were Sanders' accomplices.

Letter: Dan Willoughby - 1999

* Sanders admitted guilt in Wells Fargo and to shooting the driver.

Sanders stated he had an inside man. Sanders stated Ring wasn't

involved, and expects Ring's case to be overturned on appeal.

Affidavit: James Harold Greenham - 1997

Unsigned after deal with the Maricopa County Attorney's Office

* Greenham's accomplices were Sanders and Magoch. Crime was

supposed to be committed without anyone being harmed. Sanders

killed Magoch. Sanders told Greenham to hide his money in Ring's

garage without Ring's knowledge. Police coerced Greenham into

falsely naming Ring as his accomplice and as the shooter.

Transcript: Interview of James Greenham - April 4, 1996

* Greenham used crystal methamphetamine for three days before

being arrested and interrogated by police. GPD Clayton threatened

Greenham, and demanded that he name Ring as his accomplice

and as the shooter. Ring was not involved.

​

 

 

Affidavit: Douglas Benge - October 16, 1997

* Greenham admitted that his accomplices were Mike (Sanders)

and the Wells Fargo driver. Sanders told Greenham to hide his

money at Ring's house. Ring was not involved.

​

 

 

 

 

Affidavit: James Edward Hudgens - July 24, 1997

* Greenham admitted that Mike (Sanders) set up the crime and

knew the driver. Mike was the trigger man. Mike threatened

Greenham and had told him to hide his money at Ring's house.

Greenham implicated Ring to protect his family from Mike.

Affidavit: James Edward Hudgens - June 4, 1997

* Greenham fears for his and his family's lives because of Mike

(Sanders) remaining free, despite Greenham's statements to the

police implicating Mike in the Wells Fargo crime.
